State tests begin on Wednesday, but an update from the testing company is forcing Jenks Public Schools to make last minute computer changes.

CTB, McGraw Hill made revisions to the test over the weekend and now technology personnel from Jenks have been reloading the tests onto an estimated 900 computers at Jenks middle schools manually.

The district says everything was ready to go before spring break, but there have been four updates since then. Union Public Schools are having similar issues.

Tulsa and Broken Arrow did not have a problem because those districts have software that updates all the computers at once.

I am sure proud to be part of the BA District; the Tech Department has done an outstanding job getting the last minute changes out in time. Things are running smoothly today. :)
