TULSA, OK - Tulsa Police in the Gilcrease Division are trying to track down a couple of juvenile males responsible for committing 18 burglaries in the past 5 weeks, all during the day.
Police say the teens, believed to be ages 15-18, are kicking in doors and ransacking homes, and taking off with valuables.
These crimes are occurring in the neighborhood east of Booker T. Washington High School, near the Town Square Apartments.
Chris Walker lives in that community. He told Fox 23 his home was broken into while he'd left his home to go to McDonald's for lunch.
The thieves stole his flat screen television, business laptop, among other valuables, including an urn filled with his father's ashes.
When he returned, he'd noticed his home had been ransacked.
"I felt so violated," Walker said.
