A Tulsa teenager who told police he watched his friend murder his mother is out on bond.
Josiah Sklar, 19, is charged with accessory after the fact. Police say Sklar was with Hank Laird at his home in south Tulsa in January when Laird allegedly beat his mother to death. Linda Laird was found by relatives when they had not heard from her and they drove to her home.
On March 15th, the court granted him a lower bond and ordered that if he makes bond he must wear an ankle monitor. He was released and placed on an electronic monitor and sobreitor scram program.
His next hearing is now set for April 25th.
