Teen recovering from gunshot wound

A 16-year old is recovering from a gunshot wound to the hand.
Tulsa police say a man spotted the teen with the wound near 7th and Birmingham around nine on Wednesday morning.
Police say the teen is not from the Tulsa area, but they think there is more to the story and are working to piece it together.
