Teacher charged with rape pleads not guilty

A former Prue teacher accused of raping a student pleaded not guilty.
Investigators say 26-year old Katie Hightower had a sexual relationship with a high school senior in August of 2012. They also say she was caught on surveillance tape buying beer for the teen and his friends.
Hightower is charged with 2nd degree rape and furnishing alcoholic beverages to a person under the age of 21.
