Taxpayers can donate to help Okla. fight federal laws

Oklahomans may soon be able to donate to Oklahoma’s fight against federal laws.

A measure would add a check box to state income tax returns so you could pledge money. The special fund would be used to defend state laws or support a fight against federal ones.

The bill has passed the house and now awaits senate approval.
