KGW and dirty sermon must not know. DLM is bouncing low offenders out and giving them court dates. Evidently THAT strategy isn't serving their needs adequately. I say erect a tent city right next to the jail operated by armed guards from the NG with direct orders of shoot to kill any who attempt to leave. Give citizens new incentive to behave #8 ^]]

Tulsa jails people for the most innocuous offenses, most of which could be dealt with by just issuing a ticket. Things haven't been the same since jails became "for profit" operations.
