Tahlequah police say a fight in an alley led to the death of a man in December.

Weeeelllll you could always charge him with self defense. I'm sure That Mr Lowe regrets the part that he played in this tragedy. Each citizen has the right to defend themselves from harm from agressors near and far. Condolences to Crowes friends and family.
