TPS hosting final forum about upcoming bond issue

Tulsa Public Schools is holding the final public forum to discuss the 2013 Smart and Secure Schools bond.

Officials with the district will respond to questions, comments and concerns from the public at the forums. Parents and members of the community are invited to attend any of the eight informational sessions.

Each forum begins at 6 p.m. and will last approximately an hour.

Forum schedule: (all in the schools’ auditoriums)
  • Monday, May 13 Memorial High School, 5840 S. Hudson Ave.
The bond vote will be held on Tuesday, May 14.

Get rid of this cumbersome public school and go to something more economic for the public. Eliminate the potential for youths and teachers to abuse your child. HOMESCHOOL

It's simple. When you stop pocketing, mis-spending the money you have now or giving it all to one or two "magnet" schools while every other school goes without, you can have more. Until then, not a penny more.
