Please tell me that Mr. Yerton is not still receiving pay while sitting in the jailhouse on these charges? If so, what is really going on that a school employee can still be paid while he is incarcerated? Is this what our tax dollars help to pay for? We have already paid while he was abusing children. There must be another way. Anyone suspended chould not be paid for the time of investigation, if the investigation is is dismissed then the employee should be reinstated and receive backpay for the time missed without pay.

As a parent of Skelly kids we will have NO confidence in that principal after this. Is TPS just going to let this slide? I have personally experienced a lack of action on her part to deal with difficult situations on a much smaller level. It is no surprise that this situation would be any different although it should carry much more weight. Here's hoping some kind of action will come soon...not holding my breath!!!
