Fulgham is incarcerated within the Mississippi State Correctional System and Jaqueline Smith was arrested on June 25, 2013.

The Homicide Unit contacted the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force members and with their assistance and assistance from the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Smith.
