UPDATE: The Tulsa Police homicide unit would like to find and question Joseph L. Tillman, 33, about Monday's quadruple murder at Fairmont Terrace.  Four women were found shot to death in an apartment.

Tillman, who is wanted on  a domestic assault and battery warrant, may have some information regarding the case.

Call 911 or Crime Stoppers at (918) 596-COPS if you've seen Tillman or know his whereabouts.

Tulsa police say the killer or killers had a connection to one of the victims in Monday's quadruple homicide.

23-year old Rebeika Powell, 23-year old Kayetie Melchor, 33-year old Misty Nunley and 55-year old Julie Jackson were shot and killed at the Fairmont Terrace Apartments on Monday.

Police say this was not a random shooting and the public should not be concerned for their safety. Police are not releasing any further details at this time.

Police tell FOX23 they have interviewed more than 20 people, including another resident at the complex, they say he is not a suspect and no search warrants have been issued for this investigation.

Mayor Dewey Bartlett also commented on the investigation on Tuesday, saying: "We are within 24-hours of this terrible tragedy. We are looking down every possible avenue for answers to how this situation can be improved in this area of the city. From abatement issues to out of state ownership and management, this issue will remain on the top of my list moving forward.

Although, there have been seven homicides this year, the homicide rate for Tulsa is the lowest it has been in ten years and the Tulsa Police Department is at full strength for the first time in three years.

The Tulsa Police Department is known for their quick efforts of finding perpetrators and I have no doubt that they will live up to their stellar reputation for these cases."

A memorial fund has also been set up for the Powell family at RCB Bank.  To make a donation go to any RCB location and tell them you'd like to donate to the Powell Sisters Memorial.

Did anyone happen to see the Wes interview of the lady who claimed a gun was stuck in her side and her pain pills stolen a couple nights ago? It's been taken down, I'm looking for a download of it.

I don't support outside or foreign ownership of anything in that area. Dewey Bartlett does not know how to deal with neighborhoods in general. He is selling Tulsa out. Vote in Bill Christiansen.

watched the news footage , sad real sad they couldn't find someone not looking like a methhead to shed tears , bad reporting or is it they just want everybody to think there's no good at all in these neighborhoods ,I've walked through this neighborhood and met a great bunch of ppl,not everybodys an addict or a murderer, and as big of an eyesore as it is , some ppl still call it home, how'd you feel if this was happening in ur quiet little upscale neighborhood, oh it wouldn't happen cause the killer would have been caught by now or at least an innocent sucker bad mouthed by the press and hurryed into a "plea" agreement, to spend the next 40 years going what happened , I was at tacobell munchin a burrito

It's a little late Mr. Mayor.....same to you Mr. District Attorney and to most of the judges as well. Your all elected officials, and this area and the violence was going on here during your whole term. NOW you say your going to look into what can be done !!! You should all resign your offices...and you sure shouldn't not be re-elected.

This is a travesty, these gang cowards are doing the work of Himmlers' SS in this ghetto,7 murders already and the murder rate is down...at this rate we'll top 300 this year, the big problem we have is our city gov't is being dominated by these gangs for fear of offending someone, therefore for all intent and purpose the gangs run the city.
