The Tulsa Police Department wants to know your thoughts on the department.

TPD launched its online attitude and opinion survey on Monday.

This triennial survey will examine the attitudes and opinions of individuals who have had contact with the Tulsa Police Department and will assist the department in better serving the community.

The short online survey is available in both English and Spanish and is expected to be available through November. The Tulsa Police Department invites you to access the survey at the links below and encourages those without computer access to visit a local library to complete the survey.

The Tulsa Police Department truly values the opinions and ideas of community members who receive police services and is excited to receive this feedback.

Survey takers will remain completely anonymous.

When is a "survey" not a survey? ...When the questions suggest the desired answers. This would have had credibility if it had been done by an unbiased third party. TPD already has the "results," they are just wanting naive citizens to endorse them with their "votes."

Nothing is funnier than when someone who ticks you off asks for your opinion on their service. I really enjoyed telling them what I thought of their response to a recent issue. It was almost as much fun as when AT&T and Facebook asked my opinion. Sadly, I doubt TPD will care less what I had to say or do anything to fix it. But it was nice to let them have it.
