Chad Greer, Officer Jeff Henderson’s attorney says the informant who’s making those accusations has worked with Henderson for 15 years, and he says they have proof she lied under oath when she also said she never conducted any controlled drug busts for TPD.
Greer said, "We have evidence that she’s not made one in the past but she’s made 3 or 4 controlled buys for the Tulsa Police Department in the past."
Henderson's investigator Eric Cullen said the other informants in this case are not trustworthy. "The facts will show eventually that Ryan Logsdson and Brandon McFadden were indeed conspiring to sell methamphetamine and clip people for money all over the city of Tulsa but it was all unknown to Mr. Henderson and I would say at this point, anyone in officer Henderson’s group."
U.S. Attorney Jane Duke says there will be more indictments in this investigation that involves "more than just one or two officers."
Duke says she plans to use former ATF agent Brandon McFadden's testimony against others in the ongoing investigation.
