Tulsa Police Officer Jeff Henderson has enlisted the help of defense attorney Chad Greer and Investigator Eric Cullen to prepare for possible criminal charges
Henderson's attorney, Chad Greer, says Henderson is implicated in the federal indictment of another man, former ATF agent, Brandon McFadden. The documents state McFadden and a "Tulsa Police Officer A", worked together on the fabricated drug busts. Henderson’s defense team believes "TPD Officer A" is Jeff Henderson.
Dozens of cases he’s been involved with are under review and charges have been dismissed while some convicted felons have been released from prison.
Cullen said, "I’ve spent several hundred hours on this thing. I’ve interviewed upwards of 50 witnesses. We’ve got documents, recordings. We’ve got our own set of evidence that we plan on presenting in Jeff’s defense if need be." Cullen said he has evidence that refutes every allegation.
The latest rumored evidence to surface is the wiretap recordings that the U.S. Attorney overseeing the case has told Henderson's investigators she has.
Henderson told FOX23, "There will be nothing incriminating. Not from me. That I’m positive of... I’ve told you. I’m aware of what I have and haven’t done. I have not done anything illegal. All the cases were, that we brought forth. There was nothing wrong with any of them."
