Should we presume, then: that carrying a gun without a permit, menacing with a gun, and attempted robbery by demanding property, much less being under the influence, is not chargeable?

Because these are handouts from the police that TV stations just copy word-for-word, rather than do some legwork.

and was not placed under arrest. Ok Fox did you ever think about following up with why he wasnt arrested?
