A man accused of shooting and killing a Tulsa man in a home invasion has entered a guilty plea.

Montre Brown pleaded guilty in a blind plea on Tuesday, that means there is no recommendation for sentencing at this time.

Brown and four others were charged in the death of William Zachery in a home invasion.

His sentencing hearing is now scheduled for May 30th.
