Oughta throw a rope in each cell maynot...save taxpayer money

It's an amazing ordeal for our authorities to lawfully take a life. They watch over each death row prisoner till their appointed day. Guarding inmates from suicide just so they can extract the justice that is duefully owed to the family of the vitim/s and and the public. Hope they give all those involved in the fairmont terrace murders the death penalty.
