This is ot a matter of criminals having rights, it's about everone rights. The cops just need to get a judge to issue a search warrant. Question is why didn't the cops get a search warrant. Judges do it all the time. We are losing more of our rights ever day. Look what the WH did with birth control to our insurance companies, Obama care, and all the regulations that Obama has put on the backs of business that many can not afford, so they don't hire;therefore, slowing down the economy. Just prepare because Obama is spending more money than is coming in. 2012 will be the telling point.
