State releases more education funding

The state Department of Education released additional funding to Oklahoma schools on Tuesday.
Tulsa Public School officials say they will be getting an addition $600,000 in funding, that money will be used to hire 14 additional teachers.
The newly released money was originally being held for charter schools.
