The Kayla Ferrante murder was quickly resolved. Overall if you are trying to say that Bartlett is afraid to prosecute blacks then your really pouring cement in your drain. Choosing Chuck was no accident. Jordan worked with American forces in Bosnia investigating war crimes. He might just have a little experience. BTW thanx Mr Jordan. That's the very problem Cairo...our Mayor is afraid of offending someone...and the black community is tight lipped about reporting anything they see to the police for fear of retribution...the police pretty much have their hands tied in this city...it all starts in the Mayors' office for being afraid to take a tough approach with the gangs...maybe he is afraid they'll get after him...
