Tulsa County prosecutors are asking for a continuance in the case of the Good Friday shootings.
Court papers were filed on Wednesday asking to move the arraignment for Jacob England and Alvin Watts that was scheduled for October 22nd to the end of November. According to the filing, the State is requesting additional time to review the case for the death penalty.
Records indicate attorneys for England and Watts had no objection.
