Homicide detectives declared Glenda Castaneda, 51, as Tulsa's fourth homicide of 2014 and arrested her son for First Degree Murder.
Police say EMSA received an anonymous call from a male stating that he killed his mother.
EMSA was first on scene and confirmed a woman was dead on arrival.
Tulsa Police responded to the scene for further investigation.
They found Arthur Devaughn, Castaneda's son, nearby, walking down the street, covered in blood.
Officers took the man to the Police Station for questioning and say enough evidence was collected to arrest Devaughn for murder.
Investigators say it appears Devaughn and Castaneda were involved in a dispute that lead to a struggle and at some point Devaughn stabbed Castaneda.
Detectives will continue to investigate.
