An aviation expert wants the FAA to suspend EagleMed's air carrier certificate.

The company has had three helicopter crashes in Oklahoma, in three years. The company has had two deadly crashes in 2013.
The latest was Tuesday night near Talihina. The patient on board died in the crash and three others were hurt.

In recent years several hospitals in Oklahoma have cancelled their contracts with EagleMed.
