I so appreciate Fox 23 through this. As a parent of Skelly kids I have lots of questions. I have heard Fox 23 ask these questions...although not many answers are to be had from TPS. Thank you for sinking in your claws and not letting go. I'm hoping some pressure on TPS will bring about some change there as well!!!

I, myself went to Disney Elementary from 1993-1999 and can remember a time when I saw this teacher sexually harass a male student, who's name I don't need to mention. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he is guilty. If he is then he deserves to serve the time. If needed, I can prove I went there during his time at Disney and can possibly contact the gentleman that was involved.

I'd like more information on why the protective order was dismissed.

all this hype on the maybe child molester teacher, whom everybody seems to act as if he is guilty, i thought we lived in a country where due process was in action, shame on Tulsa Public Schools for terminating him before he even has his day in court, what you expect from a school dist, that cant even run its self proper, if they did the district wouldnt be so broke and our teachers whom take care of our kids wouldnt be so under paid, and over worked, i say let the law do its job if he is guilty then so be it and shame on him but what if it comes out he is really inocent what then , how will he ever repair the damage that is done to his name and years of service, and what about all these so called other teachers and staff whom claimed to know of this for years yet said nothing till know , sounds fishy to me, sounds like there trying to get there 15 min of fame ... the whole thing is sad either way it will be a loose loose situation, the damage is allready done on either and both sides, robert of tulsa, P.S. and to those whom say what if it was your child, it has been and it was a big misunderstanding pluss a person had it out for this person ,so ideas were put into others heads....
