Tulsa police officers are looking for a shooter who fired two bullets into the bedroom of a teenage boy. This happened around 3:15 am on Wednesday near East 67th and Troost in South Tulsa.
Officers say the teen was with a few other teens inside his room when the bullets flew by them. No-one was hurt and teens told police they were too scared to immediately look out the window to see who fired the shots.
Captain Mike Eckert with the Tulsa Police Department said, “it does not appear they were doing anything that would cause anyone to fire shots at them in the house.”
Many neighbors slept right through it, but woke up to see bullet holes on the town house across the street.
Neighbor Courtney Leslie, said "it makes me a little frightened for our safety."
Police dug the bullets out of the ceiling and took them as evidence to try and determine what type of gun was used. At this point, no arrests have been made.
