Tulsa police are investigating after shots were fired into an east Tulsa home overnight on Friday.

Police said there were 8 children at a home near 28th and 90th East Ave. The children ranged in age from very young up to 16 years old.

Investigators removed bullet casings and fragments of the bullets from the home. They are hoping to find finger prints and link it to a gun to narrow the search for shooter.

Police also investigated another incident of shots fired into a home. It happened around 1:40 a.m. at a home near 41st and 135th East Avenue.

Police said someone from a car fired onto the house and hit cars parked in the drive way. No one was hurt and police do not think the incidents arere connected.

Why don't they restrict the sale of ammunition to registered gun owners. That way criminals can buy all of the stolen weapons they want... Cut the legs right off of the vermin.
