I agree with Watchdog1 100% our judges and cour system need to be investigated i dont understand why someone who is involved in murder gets off so easily and ive seen soooo many people in prison for "you would think lesser charges" and will be in prison for a long time, these people who have numerous criminal charges on their background when is the line drawn? when do they decide these people need to be behind bars and stay behind bars and not keep letting them go and they keep commiting more crimes! geeeeeeeeesh!

Tuesday is election day. I certainly hope EVERYONE will study the candidates VERY CLOSELY, especially the judges. I still say that random drug and alcohol testing should be done on ALL JUDGES. They are certainly not above the same laws that we are expected to abide by. If employees are required to take drug test, then why not judges and attorneys? Individual lives, or years of the lives of individuals, are at stake based on the decisions rendered by these judges, and the representation of the attorneys. The judicial system seems to be for sale to those with deep pockets. It appears we have two standards: the elite is a alcoholic and gets rehab, the less fortunate is a drunk and gets jail. The elite is a substance abuser and gets rehab, the less fortunate is a druggie and go to jail, the elite pervert gets rehab, the less fortunate gets jail. Watchdog1, you and I agree on almost all issues, once more I agree with you 100% and complement you for getting involved and taking action to get these bums out of office. People remember these incidents when you mark that ballot.

Yeah, I can't believe this guy Shields has been a career criminal and is going to be set free once more to commit more crimes, I will definitely remember this and many more incidents when election time rolls around, I have a bit of influence over a huge number of other folks who are voters, I am writing down names and printing and saving these articles, you can bet I will do my best to get these crooked officials out of office if there is any way, I am sick of this disregard for the public safety, our judges and court systems need to be investigated for corruption.

Everyone involved in the plea deal should stand trial as accessories in any trouble Allen shields gets into in the next 10 years. If he goes to jail they should be in the cell with them. By the way, this could not happen if the District Attorney didn't approve - remember that when it's time for elections.

This career criminal will get off once more, wonder who he will kill next time....could be someone you love, when that happens, you can thank our judicial system in action.
