A hearing for a former OSU student accused of four counts of sexual battery has been delayed.
Nathan Cochran is charged with four counts of sexual battery after court records show two men say he abused them. The alleged incidents took place in November of 2011 and August of 2012. The most recent charge was filed on January 4th.
Court records allege the most recent charge stems from an incident on August 11th. Records allege Cochran intentionally touched, mauled and felt the private parts of the victim without the victims permission while he was trying to sleep.
Cochran's next hearing is now scheduled for February 4th. Cochran has been expelled from the university. OSU’s investigation into the allegations is also being reviewed by an outside attorney.
