Police say a 44-year-old woman left a mark on a man who sexually assaulted her Saturday evening.
51-year-old Richard Thompson, is charged with rape by force and forcible sodomy among other charges. He is now being held at the Tulsa County jail with a $130,000 bond.
Tulsa Police responded to the call near 28th and Louisville where the victim claimed she had been raped and assaulted by Thompson. The attack began when Thompson demanded sex from the victim.
When she refused, he pushed her onto the floor and became violent according to reports. Thompson allegedly punched the woman repeatedly and choked her during the sexual assault. Police say the victim allegedly bit Thompson's genitals in attempts to make him stop.
The victim suffered from throat injuries, a black eye and other swelling and bruising.
