Senate Passes YouTube Attack Video Bill

TULSA, OK -- State lawmakers wants to prevent kids from uploading video and digital images of violent attacks to the Internet.
State Senator Earl Garrison co-authored bill 1981 to make it illegal to videotape assualts and post them on sites such as YouTube.
Under the S.B. 1981 is also aimed at individuals who have prior knowledge that an attack is going to happen then capture the video specifically for the Internet.
"We need to send a clear message that this behavior will not be tolerated," Sen. Garrison expressed in a press release.
Guilty persons could be charged with a misdemeanor and face a fine up to $750 for each offense.
