TULSA, Okla - A second water main break this week nearly kept students home another day at one Tulsa school campus.
While you were sleeping, city crews repaired a water line outside the Monte Cassino Middle School near 21st and Lewis.
That's the second break this week to impact students and staff.
On Tuesday, a water main break outside Monte Cassino Elementary canceled classes there.
The break was fixed that evening. That was just one of 30 breaks across the city crews scrambled to fix.
Then, Wednesday morning, another break happened outside the Middle School.
In order to avoid disrupting class for students, the city agreed to wait until after school to shut off the water.
