I can't thank Mr. Baker and Mrs. Meadows enough for making this happen! I am so blessed to have my children attend such a supportive and caring school! I love that they are so involved and take time to get to know each and ever student. I couldn't picture them being anywhere else! Thank you again for all the support! We truly appricate it!

Great story, really. However, you should pay a little more attention to your fact checking. While Anderson Elementary does serve part of the Sand Springs community, it is an Osage County Dependent school district and is not part of Sand Springs Public Schools. Brett Banker is the superintendent of Anderson Public Schools not Sand Springs Public Schools. I know it's not an "important" element of the story, but quality news is about getting all the facts right. Again, great story. It's nice to hear something like this after all the tragic stories we've had recently. Thank you, PFC Johnson, for your service. I wish all involved a very merry Christmas!
