It's been nearly a month since anyone has seen or heard from a Sand Springs man and now police say they're worried his disappearance could be a crime.

36-year-old Jarral Osburn was last seen at a Walgreens on August 28th. Coleta Barley-Krusemark, Osburn’s neighbor, says she saw his father searching through his son’s trailer hoping to find something.

"I have a 23-year-old. I just felt bad for him. I was scared for him," she said.

She’s only lived next to Osburn a month but says the look on his father’s face is something no parent should have.

"It's heartbreaking and I feel very terrible for his dad," Barley-Krusemark told FOX23.

Osburn's father, Ray, drove from Arkansas City, Kansas when he couldn't reach his son. FOX23 spoke with Mr. Osburn Tuesday afternoon as he struggled to understand what could've happened.

"He's a good kid,” Mr. Osburn said. “He's had problems in the past but he's a good kid."

Both Jarral and Ray Osburn work for Spirit Aerosystems. The elder Osburn said after weeks of trying to call and emails to his son weren’t returned he knew something was up. He drove down to Sand Springs to find an empty trailer and no signs of his son.
Police says the younger Osburn's car, a blue 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass, was found in the area of 6500 North Cincinnati.

"We didn't know what he was doing out there," Mr. Osburn added.

Sand Springs Deputy Chief of Police Mike Carter says with the questions adding up, they are beginning to suspect the worst.

"With this length of time gone by and no activity from him we are concerned foul play is involved," Carter said.

For Barley-Krusemark, it's a terrifying feeling.

"It doesn't matter how old you get you are still somebody's baby," she said.

"Not knowing is probably worst than knowing," said the elder Osburn.

If you can help solve this case you are asked to call the Sand Springs Police Department at (918) 245-8777.
