Rogers County Deputies busted a suspected marijuana grow house after getting a tip.

Deputies say they got a tip about a potential grow house inside Claremore city limits and got a search warrant to check out the house on April 29th. Deputies say they found multiple plants, several six pound canisters of marijuana buds, a closet that had been converted into a grow room containing four plants, grow lights, and a ventilation system. Deputies also say there were a total of eight firearms found inside the home.

Deputies arrested Charles Striplin, who lived at the house; they also found a four-year old boy at the house but say he did not live there, merely stayed at the house during the day. Striplin faces charges of cultivation of a controlled substance, child endangerment, and possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of paraphernalia and use of firearm while committing a felony.

Deputies posted photos from the search on their Facebook page.

Four plants in a bedroom closet? Does it look like this was a good investment in police manpower and tax dollars?
