Tulsa’s most wanted suspect is wanted on robbery and kidnapping charges.
Police say Deonta Ballard has six felony warrants for his arrest including two counts of robbery with a firearm, burglary, kidnapping for extortion, kidnapping and possession of a firearm after a felony conviction.
