Reverend Jesse Jackson appeared in Tulsa Friday morning, speaking to a handpicked group of 60 history students at Central High School.

The principal says she is honored to have Jackson visit her school.

Jackson made an appearance in Stillwater yesterday, to protest the conviction of 22-year-old Darrell Williams, a former OSU basketball player convicted of rape.

He then met with ministers at a north Tulsa church to talk about the possibility of a Rainbow PUSH Coalition chapter in our area before heading back to Stillwater for a prayer vigil with the family of Darrell Williams.

FOX23's Sharon Phillips will have more details on FOX23 News at 5:00.
