Remains found in west Tulsa id'd as missing man

The state medical examiner’s office has identified the remains of a man found in a partially wooded area in west Tulsa.
The remains have been identified as Thomas Martin. Martin was reported missing in June of 2010. The remains were found on January 27th in the area of 49th W. Ave.
The case is still pending but the Sheriff’s Office is investigating it as a homicide.
FOX23 spoke to Martin’s son after the remains were discovered, he told FOX23 he believed they were his father’s remains.
