A manual recount is over in the race for the Rogers County Sheriff.

The recount re-affirmed Sheriff Scott Walton won re-election.  Challenger Cole Butler asked for a recount despite election officials finding he had 3100 votes to Walton's 5400.  Butler’s supporters believe new voting machines may have caused a mistake.

Butler paid $600 for the manual recount.
