Tulsa police received a call of a rape in progress late Saturday night. When officers arrived at the north Tulsa residence, they reported that they noticed Tony Anderson had a shirt and pants on, but his pants were unzipped. Officers stated in the arrest report, "Anderson was visibly aroused." Police then saw a woman lying naked on the floor, crying. The woman's clothes appeared to have been ripped off and were lying next to her, police said.
The Tulsa police arrest report states that Anderson told the victim he was going to have sex with her, then he ripped her clothes off.
Anderson was arrested and transported to Tulsa County Jail where he was booked on first-degree rape charges.
Anderson has previous traffic charges of improper plate display, no insurance, and suspended driver's license. His bond is set for over 30,000 dollars.
