Tired tulsan: If that's the case then QT is aiding and abetting the criminals to become public drunks. Arrest the clerk that sells the public drunk the beer.

QuikTrip employers smirk with total indifference when you tell them you are harassed by panhandlers in their parking lot. A QT employee actually told me that the panhandler was harmless and just goes and drinks his beer behind the store. In other words the bums get the money from customers to coward to say no and buy the beer in their stores. If QT would refuse service as they have the right to do and report the incidences of public intoxication, a lot of the panhandling on their property would stop.
