Psychiatric evaluation ordered for teen charged with murder

A preliminary hearing took placeWednesday for a teenager accused of killing a Jenks woman in December.
Joshua Mooney, 14, is charged with first degree murder and second degree burglary. Police say Mooney killed Mary Escue when she walked in on him while he was burglarizing her parent's home.
The court ordered a psychiatric evaluation for Mooney and scheduled another hearing on May 22nd.
