So the Dealer didn't find out it was stolen, and when the guy got tags for it, The tag agency couldn't figure out it was stolen. Seems like a series of fails all the way through.

I wouldn't send nobody to that crooked a## credit world, they sold me a car, I gave them $1500 and I didn't have the car for a week. The motor went out so they knew something was wrong with the motor before they sold it to me,and they would not give me no money back or fix it..CREDIT WORLD CROOKS is what is should be named...

John Sharp the owner of this company is a very shady individual and a crook. I wont even steal a truck from this place bc the cars they buy from auction for 500.00 they make their money back off the down payment and the rest is just money in that crooks pocket. BE CAUTIOUS of this place. They dont even check the vehicles out before you buy them and its AS IS they dont care.

I have heard they "unknowingly" sell stolen cars. I know a lady who went through the same thing. Only difference is the news didn't get involved and I believe they gave her her money back. And Wade is a pretty shady guy anyway. I've dealt with him before

If this is true I would have called a lawyer and sued the dealership. They knew or should have known that the car was stolen. However if it does indeed have a clean title and there was some mistake, then the man can't just say I don't want it anymore. I'm not sure we getting the whole story on this.
