Moss Jail has a bad track record when it comes to medical issues. This is to be expected when jails and prisons became "for profit" enterprises.

Why was this woman imprisoned for one year? Because she had a bad lawyer who would not pursue her case in mental health court, where it should have been heard from the beginning. The fault is with her lawyer!

I knew her she was my neighbor for two years she was a sweet woman but she did have some mental issues which got her in trouble and landed her in jail. They should have got her help with mental issues not jail! really makes me mad this happened.

Sounds like she was dead before they took her to the hospital. Get the surveillance video through the Open Records Act.
