Preliminary hearing set for OSU student accused of battery

A preliminary hearing has been set for a suspended Oklahoma State University student charged with sexual battery.

A judge set a preliminary hearing date for Nathan Cochran. Prosecutors allege Cochran molested or attempted to molest fraternity students while they slept. None of the alleged abuse happened at the frat house or on campus.

Cochran’s next court date is scheduled for May 10th.
