Power back on in Tulsa and Wagoner counties

Was headed towards Muskogee and saw a big blue flash in the sky about 3:30 a.m.

I was woken up by the battery backup alarms protecting our home office computer/Internet/home phone when the outage began. No information was available from any accessible radio/TV/Internet source, nor from PSO other than their awareness of the outage in my area via their automated phone and online outage reporting system. Thanks to you and your website with thoughtfully updated overnight news, I at least had SOME additional information about the outage and its suspected cause. Thank you for reporting what information you had about the problem online while all the other radio, TV, and online news sources for Tulsa (accessible from radio, smartphone & tablet) were snoozing or unaware of the thousands without power and the subset of those affected, like me, looking for answers. You've gained a new household of viewers and online readers. Thank you again!
