Tulsa police are searching for a man they say stole a necklace from a K-Mart store.

Police said on Oct. 9 at 1:00 p.m., a man entered the Kmart at 10131 E. 21st Street and approached the jewelry counter.

They say the man asked to look at a gold necklace, valued at $2,499.00. The sales clerk gave the man the necklace to try on. Once the man had the necklace he ran from the store. The suspect was possibly driving a 2000 model, maroon Pontiac Grand AM.
