A man had a seizure and crashed into about eight parked cars in Bartlesville at the Car Country dealership on Saturday, police said.
FOX23 crews pulled up as the last two vehicles, including an orange PT Cruiser with a bashed-in side and a gray Ford, were getting loaded on a wrecker.
"It's a bad situation but it could have been a lot worse," said Steven Umphrey, a salesman at Car Country.
He said the man who caused the destruction was driving a Ford Focus.
"About six cars damaged, four totaled, two maybe (can be) repaired," he said.
Bartlesville police Lt. Mike McCarty said the man had a seizure and broke his ankle, but doesn't remember a thing.
"It's a five-lane highway. There wasn't a bigger disturbance. With how fast he was going, he was fortunate that he hit the cars and so many of them slowed him down," said McCarty.
Umphrey said it was like a domino effect -- one car knocked into the other right beside it.
The dealership may have to make some changes.
"I'm assuming we will be putting up a guard rail," said Umphrey.
In the meantime, vehicles will be brought in to fill the empty spots.
