Police identify homicide victim

Tulsa police say 37-year-old Monte Foreman died at an east Tulsa motel when a parking lot argument turned deadly.
The shooter is still on the loose.
Tulsa police responded to call of a shooting at 8181 E. 41st St. early Sunday morning. The Tulsa Fire Department and the Emergency Medical Service Authority arrived to the scene. Tulsa police tell FOX23 the victim was shot twice, once in the leg and once in the chest.
The victim apparently met a group of people in the parking lot of the Studio 6 Motel. Then there was a disagreement and the victim was shot. The victim was conscious when officers arrived; therefore, officers were able to talk to him. EMSA then transported the victim to St. Francis Hospital. The victim died at St. Francis Hospital.
The victim is a 37-year-old black man. The name of the victim is known to law enforcement but will not be released until the family has been notified.
Police say the investigation has not progressed to the stage where they have any suspects or know a motive. Police ask anyone with information on this murder to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-2677.
