Tulsa doesnt even charge a girl that hits a guy on peoria for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Had she stopped perhaps the second car that hit and killed him would have never had that chance. (because she was scared) WTF ever. If we could use that excuse, hell a drunk or someone driving illegally could run home and swith drivers and say they left cause they were scared. Im not suprised by much of anything in tulsa anymore. God Bless both families involved with this tragedy.

Many prayers for all parties involved. Such a terrible sad accident. :( I cannot imagine the grief they all must be feeling. I pray that none of us ever do.

No this person was not speeding! It was a total accident. Why didn't the mother have this baby's hand?? No there wasn't a ticket because this person was not speeding and is not at fault.. What if this freak accident happened to you? How would you feel??? Look at both families and what they are going through before opening your mouth about only one family involved in this.

$50 says "No tickets where issued". Wait till the gangbangers find out vehicular manslaughter is legal in Tulsa, gun crimes will go down. Feel so bad for the parents.
